Dial up is how the Internet get from your Internet provider to your house. Wireless is how you access that service INSIDE your house.

How to get it? Well, you inevitability a couple of things. You have to enjoy a router (it's a piece of hardware) that will take your Internet signal (which you enjoy plugged into your computer) and broadcast it (like a radio signal) throughout your house. Your computer has to own a wireless card (to receive the signal)

I don't know how reliable that type of system would be - if you have other kind of service available (DSL, cable, satellite), that would be faster access (although more expensive)

good luck
Get a wireless router.
Um, wireless on dial up isn't going to be reliable at adjectives. I wouldn't recommend even trying it. If you want wireless, consider upgrading to a dsl or cable line.
You could subscribe to DSL through your phone company and build sure they get you a wireless modem/router. You will also call for a wireless card for your PC or Laptop depending on what you already have.
