You can't draw from a free new one, but staples will re-fill your hoary one for a reduced cost.
If Dell gives u spanking new free ink cartridge for the dated one, then he will shut down the company surrounded by 6months! ;)
Unfortunately, no company out there that will dispense you a new tape for sending an empty one stern.However, if you take it to a Staples of Office Max they should bequeath some type of credit for those empty cartridges.Good Luck
