Where can I bring a strange printer that have cartridges that can be refill?

For jammy cartridges, get a Canon. Too plentiful models to recommend, but make sure it have the individual tanks (at smallest 4 - CLI-8) and not the black and tri-color system (PG-40/50 + CL-41/51).

Epson has individual tank, but Durabrite compatible ink is expensive, and the cartridges are not easy to cram. Brother...ditto.

HP and Lexmark can be refilled, but they usually require more application: cleaning printheads, evacuating air from the videotape.

Canons are easy to permeate, you can override the ink-level chip, and instructions on the internet are plentiful. As long as you use it regularly (print something once per week) you should have no problems. If you can't print regularly to keep hold of your printhead from clogging up.well, you're better sour with a set of Crayola tricks markers.

And stay away from laser printers. Toner cartridges can't be refill, they can be remanufactured. Probably more work than you're looking for.
Almost all types of printer cartriges can be refill, depending on where you obtain them refilled at. Places close to the Ink Spot can do different kinds, Office Max prefers to do their own, but can also fill several different kinds.
obtain a laser printer. any laser printer.

99% are refillable, and the toner lasts profoundly longer than inkjet tanks do.
