If you connote your average rag later you would need a Tabloid - 11x17 or Super - 13x19. This folded give you 4 pages at smallest 8-1/2x11. Be aware that almost all printers DO NOT use this size. You will involve a special printer that handles that size. Plus the ink usage will drive you broke! Try finding a local Service Bureau/Digital Print Center surrounded by Pre-Press. They can print those for you. The price is HUGE either means of access in color.
Look for LEGAL sized tabloid at you local office depot.
That's the biggest you can go and get.
