Any printer will do this, you stipulation to buy the special paper! A laster printer will do a better errand I would think.

Because laserjet printers use boil to bond toner (basically, plastic particles) to the media to be exact being put through it, I don't believe that this is possible minus an inkjet printer.
Upon further research, I've been competent to verify this through HP.
