Whats the best DVD-R (RW) AND CD-R (RW)?

I'm not sure what I would consider best, but... I intuitively use a sony NEC DVD-RW CD-RW drive its worked great for me but that is my personal assessment. Others may disagree or agree.
LiteOn LH-20A1H487c is so far the best DVD-R (RW) both in lingo performance and worth for money.
plextor or nec both are high part drives and should last long time
