What is problem beside olivetti any passageway simple except recognising strange ink videotape.?

yesterday i put a hot black ink cartridge contained by my any-way-simple olivetti printer, but it says its not in that! Also, the colour ink is empty however it is saying it is full. Any concept please?

You can get this problem next to Epson printers too.



Remove the cartridges. turn the printer off, afterwards on again, insert cartridges (the colour one will NEED to be replaced at the same time - don't fit the insincere one).



This will reset the internal counters regarding how much ink the printer have.



If this doesn't work, then get hold of a better printer (Canon's iP4300 is good AND cheap).

Try replacing the colour tape as well if i.e. empty. Presumably the black tape is olivetti compatible? Take out the cartridge again and spawn sure there's no fluff or dirt on the contacts, then replace.



If that does not work try the Printer troubleshooter.Go to Start > Help and Support. When the Help page displays, type 'Troubleshoot Printer' contained by the search box and follow though adjectives the questions.



Final ending ditch thing to try is System restore. Again, contained by Help, type 'System restore'. Select a previous date on the calendar when you know (or hope!)_the printer was ok. Eventually, the computer restarts to restore settings to a previous date.
