Well, it's not a printer, that's for reliable.
It's a SCSI DVD-RW drive. It's probably got another manufacturer's nickname on the front casing but it's made by RICOH.
If you've not long updated your firmware, it's likely that you inadvertently downloaded and installed the wrong wallet. Go back to your manufacturer's website, download the correct directory and try updating the firmware again.
If you can't find the right firmware file or reinstallation won't solve your problem, you might freshly have created an electronic cupholder and hold to buy a new drive.
