have this printer for 2 years and just put surrounded by a new black cartrigde contained by and when i am printing it starts off ok afterwards half bearing through it prints a large black division why

use the software which come with it!!!

draw from it to clean its self and re-line the tape via the software,

is it a lexmark cart or compatible as it nouns like the electronic signal is not getting through to it!!

are the contacts clean/ dust free on the printer
