Roland Pro II ex sc-540 I obligation to know how to flush it?

I enjoy the proII ex sc-540 cutter/printer by roland. I need to know how to flush beside the cleaning tanks. the almanac tells me to call for customer service but their not answering. if you have directions or the fluency, please post your source. TIA, Dave
